A message dated April 17, 2015, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 158(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                               
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to a refined fuel surcharge; relating to the motor                                                        
     fuel tax; relating to a qualified dealer license; and providing for an                                                     
     effective date."
